Amnesty International Release on Chea Vichea Murder

Amnesty International has continued its pressure to release Born Samnang and Sok Sam Oeun, who have been imprisoned since early 2003 for the murder of union leader Chea Vichea. Releasing them would necessarily reopen the case (not in a legal sense, but in a public relations sense) to public scrutiny and increase speculation on the identity of the truly responsible murderers.
